A true Real Estate
veteran, Vicki Silva comes from a pioneer family that has lived in the area for over 125
years. Vicki has worked in the Real Estate business locally since 1973, and is well known
for her expertise in Paso Robles west-side residential property. She has been a Broker
Associate with Country Real Estate since 1994, and has truly personified the
companys commitment to serve the community. Vicki was Paso Robles Woman of the Year
in 1994, and was chairperson of the Pioneer Day Committee 1994-1995. Her pioneer spirit
shows in her volunteer work in Rotary, for St. Rose Church, and on the Paso Robles Chamber
of Commerce Economic Task Force. |

proud of his agricultural background, having been raised on a ranch in the Estrella area.
He continues to farm wine grapes on the west side of Templeton, giving him a unique
knowledge of ranches and vineyard property. He is a graduate of Cal Poly and has over 15
years experience in Real Estate. Mitch is an avid pilot and volunteers for the San
Luis Obispo county Sheriffs Aero Squadron & Rescue Team, as well as the Paso
Robles Library Foundation. |

Broker-Associate Glen Rhyne is a fourth-generation North County resident with deep roots in the local ranching
and agriculture community. He has a degree from Cal Poly in Agri-Business, experience in Real Estate appraisal,
and has been a ranch owner for over fifteen years. Glen is a lifetime North County resident and demonstrates his
affection for the area through community service. He has served on the board of the Paso
Robles Public Schools and is a member of the Paso Robles High School
Athletic Hall of Fame committee.

JIM CLAASSEN (Jim@CountryRealEstate.com)
Jim is a fourth generation retired rancher in the Paso Robles area. As a
young man he grew up to love the land and has a high degree of
appreciation for agricultural in the area. He has farmed and ranched in
a 20 mile radius of Paso Robles and can share a lot of experience and
knowledge to the newcomer or to anyone thinking about moving to the
central coast. He is also very familiar with the cities and neighboring
communities and frequently lists and sells homes in the towns. "The
thing I like best about this area is that I don't have to be the one
who's doing the selling, the properties sell themselves." All Jim will
do is give his honest opinions to help a client make informed decisions
and then represent their best interests throughout a transaction,
whether they are selling or buying. The ultimate goal is to have a happy
and satisfied client for the future.

Pat Voepel (Pat@CountryRealEstate.com)
Pat moved to San Luis Obispo County in 1977 and relocated to North County in 1988 so that he could have more room for his animals and enjoy the quality of life the North County had to offer. He started selling real estate in 1996 and specializes in homes and ranches. He works with each individual to fulfill their specific needs. Many of Pat’s clients have become personal friends.
