TOM ERSKINE (Tom@CountryRealEstate.com) GWEN ERSKINE (Gwen@CountryRealEstate.com) KANDIE FREDERICK (Kandie@CountryRealEstate.com) Tom and Gwen Erskine, and their daughter Kandie, own and manage Country Real Estate. The value of the North County lifestyle brought Tom here after graduating from UCLA. He married a Paso native and together they are raising their five children here. Their family, community and business experiences provide strength and knowledge for their family of agents and customers.
GARY BOATMAN (Gary@countryrealestate.com) A third-generation Roblan, Gary Boatman values the relationships and trust he has built with his clients over the years. His knowledge of area history and trends gives him a special insight into the local Real Estate market. He is an avid golfer, participating in numerous charity tournaments throughout the area, and also volunteers for St. Rose School fund-raisers. Gary has been with Country Real Estate since 1988, and specializes in residential sales.
JAN BUGGE (JBugge@wildblue.net) loves the land, as is evident in her passion for running, horseback riding, and cycling. Her fondness for the outdoors continues into her expertise in ranches and acreage, acquired over her more than 15 years in Real Estate. Jan is a graduate of U.C. Davis and has lived in the North County for over 26 years. She has been named Realtor Associate of the Year by the Paso Robles Board of Realtors, and volunteers for Paso Robles Library fund-raisers.
PATTI HAMILTON (PattiHamilton@tcsn.net) credits her many years of success in Real Estate to her upfront and honest approach to her clients. In addition to her over 25 years of experience in Real Estate, Patti also offers an expertise in ranch property – she herself owns a pistachio ranch. Patti is a past Roblan of the Year, Past President of the local Chamber of Commerce, Past Paso Robles Woman of the Year, recipient of the District Service Award from the Jaycees, recipient of the Paul Harris Fellowship from Rotary, and is currently on the Paso Robles Library Foundation Board.
CAROLYNNE POTTS (Carolynne@CountryRealEstate.com) appreciates the quality of life that is so unique to the North County. Having raised her family near Nacimiento Lake, she has an in-depth knowledge of the lake community. Carolynne prides herself on effectively negotiating transactions while creating a friendly, no-pressure atmosphere for her customers. Besides being a consistent multi-million dollar producer, Carolynne is a very active volunteer, working with her husband on behalf of Hospice, the Paso Robles Chamber of Commerce, the Paso Robles Library Foundation, The Paso Robles Vintners and Growers Association, and the Friends of the Fair.
VICKI SILVA (Vickisilva1@yahoo.com) A true Real Estate veteran, Vicki Silva comes from a pioneer family that has lived in the area for over 125 years. Vicki has worked in the Real Estate business locally since 1973, and is well known for her expertise in Paso Robles west-side residential property. She has been a Broker Associate with Country Real Estate since 1994, and has truly personified the company’s commitment to serve the community. Vicki was Paso Robles Woman of the Year in 1994, and was chairperson of the Pioneer Day Committee 1994-1995. Her pioneer spirit shows in her volunteer work in Rotary, for St. Rose Church, and on the Paso Robles Chamber of Commerce Economic Task Force.
CLIVE RUPERT (Clive@CountryRealEstate.com) Born and raised in South Africa and comes from a very successful Real Estate family. His relentless energy and extensive background in marketing/advertising make him an invaluable asset to the Country Real Estate team. Clive is committed to ensuring the satisfaction of his customers, and prides himself on offering a personal touch in all his transactions. Clive enjoys all types of outdoor recreation including skiing, motorcycling, hiking, and mountain biking. He is very family oriented.
MITCH CULVER(Mitch@MitchCulver.com) is proud of his agricultural background, having been raised on a ranch in the Estrella area. He continues to farm wine grapes on the west side of Templeton, giving him a unique knowledge of ranches and vineyard property. He is a graduate of Cal Poly and has over 15 years’ experience in Real Estate. Mitch is an avid pilot and volunteers for the San Luis Obispo county Sheriff’s Aero Squadron & Rescue Team, as well as the Paso Robles Library Foundation.
GLEN RHYNE (Glen@CountryRealEstate.com) Broker-Associate Glen Rhyne is a fourth-generation North County resident with deep roots in the local ranching and agriculture community. He has a degree from Cal Poly in Agri-Business, experience in Real Estate appraisal, and has been a ranch owner for over fifteen years. Glen is a lifetime North County resident and demonstrates his affection for the area through community service. He has served on the board of the Paso Robles Public Schools and is a member of the Paso Robles High School Athletic Hall of Fame committee.
JIM CLAASSEN (Jim@CountryRealEstate.com) Jim is a fourth generation retired rancher in the Paso Robles area. As a young man he grew up to love the land and has a high degree of appreciation for agricultural in the area. He has farmed and ranched in a 20 mile radius of Paso Robles and can share a lot of experience and knowledge to the newcomer or to anyone thinking about moving to the central coast. He is also very familiar with the cities and neighboring communities and frequently lists and sells homes in the towns. "The thing I like best about this area is that I don't have to be the one who's doing the selling, the properties sell themselves." All Jim will do is give his honest opinions to help a client make informed decisions and then represent their best interests throughout a transaction, whether they are selling or buying. The ultimate goal is to have a happy and satisfied client for the future.
Pat Voepel (Pat@CountryRealEstate.com) Pat moved to San Luis Obispo County in 1977 and relocated to North County in 1988 so that he could have more room for his animals and enjoy the quality of life the North County had to offer. He started selling real estate in 1996 and specializes in homes and ranches. He works with each individual to fulfill their specific needs. Many of Pat’s clients have become personal friends.
